By browsing our shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We're a small studio making 3D-printed, laser-cut, and custom foil gifts, and we like to keep things friendly, so these terms are written in plain English. If you're buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

When you place an order, we'll send you a confirmation email. Payment is handled securely by our trusted payment provider. Your order is a request to purchase. We accept it when we email you confirmation, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (e.g. if a product is out of stock or there's a pricing error). If we've already charged you and need to cancel, we'll refund you in full.
Many of our pieces are made to order. Production times vary by product and are shown on each listing. We'll keep you posted on progress by email. If you need something by a specific date, get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best.
You're responsible for the accuracy of any text you ask us to engrave, print, or cut. We'll show you a preview where possible. Double-check spelling, because we print what you type!
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but if something you've ordered is unavailable, we'll contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.
Discount codes are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Codes have their own terms (minimum spend, expiry, usage limits) which are checked automatically when you enter them.
You have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them. Personalised items made to your own specification are an exception. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, you're protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our breach. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund if the delay is long.
All designs, photos, and content on this site are our work and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell our designs without permission. Custom designs you commission are yours to keep; we may show them in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. We may update these terms from time to time; the terms in force when you ordered apply to your order.
